Data protection

Our data protection is in accord with the German Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the German Broadcast Media Act (TMG).

Personal data of our clients are only used where required for the conclusion or modification of a contract. The client obliges himself to always keeping his data up to date in his online administration panel.

We use the email addresses of our clients for order confirmations and invoices.

We will not give personal data of our clients to third parties. Excepted from this are service partners as far as the data is required for calculating their fees and for charging the clients.

Every client has a right of access as well as a right of correction, blocking and deletion of his recorded data. In case a deletion would conflict with legal or contractual obligation to retain data, or other legal causes, the data will only be blocked.
